福建民办高职院校引进企业高技能人才协同育人的长效机制研究

Research on the Long-term Mechanism of Bringing in Enterprise High-skilled Talents in Private Vocational Colleges in Fujian Province

随着社会的不断发展,企业对于高技能人才的需求越来越大,但由于传统教育模式的限制,很多高校学生的学习还停留在理论层面,这些主要是因为学生在学校接触的实践机会和实践经验丰富的教师太少。为了解决这一问题,在高职院校引进企业高技能人才,协同学校一起进行教学是一个非常好的教学方式。学校可以和企业合作起来,共同完成人才培养方案的制定、教学课程的开发,学校引进企业人才、企业聘用高校学生,实现理论与实践兼修的好的教学模式,争取为社会输出高质量的技术型人才。

With the continuous development of society,enterprises have more and more demand for high skilled talents,but due to the limitations of traditional education mode,many college students still stay at the theoretical level of learning,which is mainly due to the lack of practical opportunities and teachers with rich practical experience.In order to solve this problem,it is a very good teaching method to introduce high skilled talents from enterprises and cooperate with schools to teach together.Schools can cooperate with enterprises to complete the formulation of talent training programs and the development of teaching courses.Schools can introduce enterprise talents and enterprises to employ college students,realize a good teaching mode of both theory and practice,and strive to export high-quality technical talents for the society.
