高校共青团促进大学生创新创业的工作路径研究——以安徽某财经高校为例

Research on the Work Path of the Communist Youth League in Colleges and Universities to Promote College Students’ Innovation and Entrepreneurship

使用2018年1—7月安徽某财经高校共青团促进大学生创新创业的调查数据,该研究分析讨论了当前安徽省某市大学生创新创业意愿与创新创业实践的影响因素以及两者的差异。研究发现:参加(含曾参加)共青团组织的学生较未参加共青团组织的学生拥有较高的创业意愿,共青团工作经历和积极参与共青团社团活动的经历对大学生创新创业能力的提升有显著作用。在新时代下,大学生创新创业作为新经管工程建设重要目标之一,研究共青团促进大学生创新创业的工作路径对其高校自身具有深远意义。

Using the survey data of the Communist Youth League of a financial and economic university in Anhui Province from January to July 2018,this study analyzes and discusses the influencing factors and differences between the current college students’willingness and practice of innovation and entrepreneurship in a city in Anhui Province.The study found that students who participated in(including those who participated in)the Communist Youth League organizations had higher entrepreneurial willingness than students who did not participate in the Communist Youth League organizations.The work experience of the Communist Youth League and the experience of actively participating in the activities of the Communist Youth League organizations played a significant role in improving the innovative and entrepreneurial ability of college students.In the new era,college students’innovation and entrepreneurship is one of the important goals in the construction of new economic and management projects.It is of far-reaching significance for colleges and universities to study the work path of the Communist Youth League in promoting college students’innovation and entrepreneurship.
