大学生是中国创业大军的主力,高校创业孵化器是培育创业力量的主要途径。打造以创业导师为核心,通过资源互补、风险共担、利益共享的创业教育范式模式,实现高校创业导师、大学生创业者、投资人等多方主体的资源整合,构建课堂教学、自主学习、结合实践、创业导师、文化引领"五位一体"的创业教育范式,实施软硬技能融合培养模式,促进知识传授向注重创新精神、创业能力的培养。

College students are the main entrepreneurial force of the China,and the university entrepreneur incubator is the main way to cultivate entrepreneurial strength of college students.The university entrepreneur incubator creates an entrepreneurial education paradigm model with entrepreneurial mentors as the core,and realizes the merge of entrepreneurial mentors,college student entrepreneurs,investors through complementary resources,risk sharing,and benefit sharing.By constructing the class teaching,self-learning,applying practice,entrepreneurial mentors and cultural guidance called"five-in-one"system of entrepreneur teaching formality,the university entrepreneur incubator exercises teaching mode of combining practical and soft skills,and teaches lay emphasis on the spirit of innovation,the ability of entrepreneurship.
