初中起点幼师生核心素养培育途径探究

Research on the Path to Cultivate the Core Literacy of the Kindergarten Teacher Major Students at the Beginning of Junior High School

初中起点幼师生的核心素养关系到乡村幼儿及地方发展,进而影响国民综合素质。通过对幼师生的调查研究,尝试从师德师风教育、整合教学内容、改革评价3方面培育其核心素养,增强乡村幼教力量。

The core literacy of kindergarten teacher major students at the beginning of junior high school is related to the development of rural children and local areas,and then affects the overall quality of the people.Through the investigation and research of the kindergarten teacher major students,this paper tries to cultivate their core quality from three aspects:the education of teachers’morality and style,the integration of teaching content,and the reform and evaluation,so as to strengthen the rural preschool education.
