摘要
该文主要介绍了企业与毕业生之间信息双向对接机制,在分析建立双向对接机制的前提下,提出了企业与毕业生之间信息对接过程中存在的问题,如学生难以找到适合自己的工作;毕业生参与招聘的积极性不高等问题,降低了企业招聘的效率。因此,为了能够实现和帮助毕业生选择自己心仪的工作岗位,该文构建了企业与毕业生之间的有效对接服务系统,为提高企业招聘效率,实现双方之间的友好沟通等提供了支撑和保障。
This paper mainly introduces the two-way information docking mechanism between enterprises and graduates.On the premise of analyzing and establishing the two-way docking mechanism,it puts forward the problems existing in the process of information docking between enterprises and graduates,such as:it is difficult for students to find a suitable job;the enthusiasm of graduates to participate in recruitment is not high,which reduces the efficiency of enterprise recruitment.Therefore,in order to achieve and help graduates to choose their desired jobs,this paper constructs an effective docking service system between enterprises and graduates,which provides support and guarantee for improving the recruitment efficiency of enterprises and realizing friendly communication between two sides.
