Research on the Improvement Path of Students’ Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ability in Higher Vocational Colleges——Take Higher Vocational Colleges as an Example

高职院校对学生的培养主要注重技能型与应用型人才的培养,随科技的高速发展,学生们面临的就业形式也越来越严峻。为适应社会对人才的发展需求,高职院校在培养学生能力时,应充分适应时代发展需求,根据学生特点,促进创新创业能力的提升。该文主要通过介绍创新创业能力的内涵与重要性,分析高职院校创新创业能力培养的现状,并给予相关的应对策略。

The training of students in higher vocational colleges mainly focuses on the cultivation of skilled and applied talents.With the rapid development of science and technology,the forms of employment faced by students are becoming more and more severe.In order to meet the needs of the society for the development of talents,higher vocational colleges should fully adapt to the needs of the times when developing students’ability,and promote the improvement of innovation and entrepreneurship according to the characteristics of students.This paper mainly introduces the connotation and importance of innovation and entrepreneurship,analyzes the status quo of the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship in higher vocational colleges,and gives relevant coping strategies.
