“互联网+”背景下高职校顶岗实习管理探究——以苏州旅游与财经高等职业技术学校商贸系为例

摘要 五年制高职校的顶岗实习是教学环节中必不可少的组成部分,是学生提升专业素养和就业竞争力的重要途径,但由于实习点较为分散,学生角色转化不顺利,企业人才意识薄弱等问题,在管理上造成了较大难度。该文以苏州旅游与财经高等职业技术学校商贸系14级为例,探究了"互联网+"背景下,结合信息平台对顶岗实习管理的一些方法。 Post practice in five-year high vocational schools is an essential part of the teaching link and an important way for students to improve their professional accomplishment and employment competitiveness,but it is difficult to manage because the practice points are scattered,the students’role transformation is not smooth,and the enterprise talent consciousness is weak.This paper takes the 14 th grade of business department of Suzhou higher vocational and technical school of tourism,finance and economics as an example,and explores some methods of practice management combined with information platform under the background of"internet+".
