基于医学创新人才培养的实践育人平台搭建——以昆明医科大学口腔医学院为例

Research on the Construction of Practical Education Platform Based on Medical Innovation Talent Training——Taking the School of Stomatology of Kunming Medical University as an Example

随着我国经济的发展,社会的进步,社会群众对医学水平的要求越来越高,对于医学院校来说,其必须要合理搭建实践育人平台,对医学创新人才进行培养,只有如此,才能够真正地满足社会需求,为社会培养出具备理论能力、实践能力的医学人才,间接提升我国的医疗水平。据此,该文以昆明医科大学口腔医学院为例分析了培养医学创新人才的措施,希望能对现实有所裨益。
