妇女创业成功案例关联规律挖掘及策略研究

摘要 为进一步带动数量庞大的妇女创业就业,使其更平等参与经济社会发展,更平等享有改革发展成果,为有关部门提供全面准确的科学依据和决策支持;通过对国内典型妇女成功创业数据的撷取、存储、提炼、处理、集成、挖掘、分析,总结妇女成功创业的必要因素、偶然机遇和可能存在的风险点,对妇女创业创建评估模型,并结合挖掘数据对妇女创业评估模型做出反馈和修正。通过妇女成功创业评估模型的再构建,对妇女创业过程遇到困难时的指导意见进行评估与优化。结论研究结果表明可以有效区分成功创业规律与失败典型,从而充分利用妇女成功创业数据的价值,提高辅助决策能力;可以在妇女创业过程遇到挫折时实施高效、及时的应急指导,同时执行对应的指导方案。 In order to further encourage a large number of women to start businesses and find jobs,enable them to more equally participate in economic and social development and enjoy the fruits of reform and development,and provide relevant departments with comprehensive and accurate scientific basis and decision-making support.Through to the domestic typical women successful entrepreneurship data capture,storage,extraction,processing,analysis,integration,mining,summarizes the factors necessary for successful business women,accidental opportunity and risk points,for women entrepreneurs create evaluation model,and combining with data mining venture evaluation model for women to make feedback and correction.Through the reconstruction of the evaluation model of women’s successful entrepreneurship,this paper evaluates and optimizes the guidance for women when they encounter difficulties in the entrepreneurial process.Conclusion the research results show that the successful start-up law and failure model can be effectively distinguished,so as to make full use of the value of women’s successful start-up data and improve their decision-making ability.Effective and timely emergency guidance can be implemented when women encounter setbacks in the entrepreneurial process,and corresponding guidance programs can be implemented.
