摘要
高校的发展与其人力资源管理质量有着十分密切的联系,要确保高校人力资源的管理质量,就必须采取科学的人力资源管理模式。从当前的现状来看,我国经济欠发达地区的许多高等院校都面临着人才流失的严重问题,究其原因,主要在于人力资源管理模式落后,因此,要解决这一问题,就必须加强对人力资源管理模式的改进和创新。该文笔者就针对经济欠发达地区高校人力资源管理模式创新进行了分析和研究。
The development of colleges and universities is closely related to the quality of human resource management.To ensure the quality of human resource management in Colleges and universities,scientific human resource management mode must be adopted.From the current situation,many colleges and universities in China’s underdeveloped areas are facing the serious problem of brain drain.The main reason lies in the backward human resource management mode.Therefore,to solve this problem,we must strengthen the improvement and innovation of human resource management mode.In this paper,the author analyzes and studies the innovation of human resource management mode in Colleges and universities in underdeveloped areas.
