应社会发展的需要,教育教学也提出了新的要求,即实现高素质人才的培养。在现阶段的教育教学中,众多教师还是以学生的学习成绩为主要的教学目标,甚至形成了应试教育之风,尤其是班主任。在新课程标准中,明确指出要实现学生的全面发展,提高教育教学的质量。所以说对学生的全面教学是教师所必须要尽到的责任,对此,教师可以通过在班级开展主题班会的形式实现。班主任在班级开展主题班会时,需要从美育视野下进行,对优化课堂教学进行探究。

In response to the needs of social development,education and teaching have also put forward new requirements,that is,to achieve the training of high-quality talents.In the current stage of education and teaching,many teachers still take the student’s learning achievement as the main teaching goal,and even form the style of exam-oriented education,especially the class teacher.In the new curriculum standards,it is clearly pointed out that students should achieve comprehensive development and improve the quality of education and teaching.Therefore,the comprehensive teaching of students is a responsibility that teachers must do.In this regard,teachers can implement the form of thematic class meetings in classes.The class teacher needs to explore the optimization of classroom teaching from the perspective of aesthetic education.
