基于校本课程开发的学校创新型行为文化建设探索——以校本课程《唐山陶瓷》的开发利用为例

摘要 《唐山陶瓷》校本课程鼓励引导学生进行创新,由此转化出创新思维方式,在发展提高学生的创新意识和能力的同时,教师创新型行为有所增强,从而指导行为发展随之形成。一是开放性教学培养学生创新意识。意识是行动的先导,开放性教学培养关注社会、美化生活和学习陶艺的综合意识,学生在开放性的陶艺学习氛围中,培养了动手实践和创新能力。二是在民主自由的活动氛围中培养学生的创造力。在课程中,学生不断的自由实践来体现和完善自己的新思想、新技法。三是校本课程促进教师创新思维的强化。在校本课程中,为了更好地发挥学生的能动性,激发学生的创新热情,也迫使教师改变传统的教学思维,创新教学模式。 The school-based curriculum of tangshan ceramics encourages and guides students to innovate,thus transforming the innovative thinking mode.While developing and improving students’innovative consciousness and ability,teachers’innovative behaviors are enhanced,thus guiding the behavior development to form accordingly.First,open teaching should cultivate students’innovative consciousness.Consciousness is the forerunner of action.Open teaching cultivates the comprehensive consciousness of paying attention to society,beautifying life and learning ceramic art.In the open ceramic art learning atmosphere,students develop the ability of hands-on practice and innovation.The other is to cultivate students’creativity in a democratic and free atmosphere.In the course,students constantly practice freely to reflect and improve their new ideas and techniques.Third,school-based curriculum promotes teachers’innovative thinking.In school-based curriculum,in order to give better play to students’initiative and stimulate students’enthusiasm for innovation,teachers are forced to change the traditional teaching thinking and innovate the teaching mode.
