“双一流”建设背景下的地方高校教育经费投入问题研究

Research on the Investment of Education Funds in Local Universities under the Background of "Double-First-Class" Construction

推进"双一流"建设是中国高等教育事业发展的重要任务。在一流大学和一流学科建设过程中,高校教育经费成为决定建设成败的重要因素。该文在分析"双一流"建设对高校教育经费投入要求的基础上,考察地方高校经费投入存在的主要问题,提出完善教育经费投入的对策。

Promoting the construction of"Double-First-Class"is an important task for the development of China’s higher education in the near future.In the process of promoting the construction of first-class University and first-class discipline,the investment of higher education funds has become an important factor determining the success or failure of the construction.Based on a systematic analysis of the requirements of"double-first-class"construction for the input of Higher Education Funds,this paper investigates the main problems existing in the input of local higher education funds,and puts forward some countermeasures for improving the input of education funds.
