高职高专院校创业教育师资团队建设研究

Research on the Construction of Teachers’ Team of Entrepreneurship Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职高专院校所开展的创业教育也被称为创业素质教育,其目的是开发与提升学生的创业基本素质。促使学生通过学校教育可以成为具有创新意识、创造能力以及个性化的高素质人才,能在未来为社会的发展做出贡献。学生创新创业能力的培养,离不开教师,一个优良的创业教育师资队伍,是提升教学质量促进学生发展的保障。因此该文就高职高专院校创业教育师资团队的建设展开了研究,首先分析了目前我国高职高专院校中创业教育存在的问题,其次则针对这些问题提出了相应的改进建议。以期可以促进高职高专院校创业教育的发展。

Entrepreneurship Education in higher vocational colleges is also called entrepreneurship quality education,which aims to develop and improve the basic quality of students’entrepreneurship.Through school education,students can become high-quality talents with innovation consciousness,creativity and individuality,and contribute to the development of society in the future.The cultivation of students’innovation and entrepreneurship ability is inseparable from teachers.A good team of entrepreneurial education teachers is the guarantee to improve the quality of teaching and promote the development of students.Therefore,this paper studies the construction of entrepreneurial education teachers’team in higher vocational colleges.Firstly,it analyzes the existing problems of entrepreneurial education in Higher Vocational Colleges in China.Secondly,it puts forward corresponding improvement suggestions for these problems.In order to promote the development of entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges.
