摘要
培养和提升大学生创新实践能力,既是高校落实培育全面发展人才的要求,也是大学生实现职业发展的重要依托。高校应当推动高校教学和教学实践的改革,从而有效地实现学生创新实践能力培养的现实价值。作为大学生自身发展而言,需要借助创新实践能力的培养不断提升个人的全面发展能力,从而促进自身未来的社会实践和职业发展。
The cultivation and promotion of college students’innovation and practice ability is not only the requirement of colleges and universities to cultivate talents for all-round development,but also the important support for college students to realize career development.Colleges and universities should promote the reform of teaching and teaching practice in colleges and universities so as to effectively realize the practical value of cultivating students’innovative practical ability.As for college students’self-development,they need to constantly improve their all-round development ability by cultivating their innovative practical ability,so as to promote their future social practice and career development.
