摘要
我国创新发展战略的提出,使培养创新创业型人才成为教育领域所关注的重点内容。高校作为高级技术人才培养的基地,将创新创业教育融入基础课程体系之中,能够有效提升整体教育教学质量,更好地实现创新创业型职业技能人才的培养目标。该文分析创新创业型职业技能人才培养困境,提出培养创新创业型职业技能人才的意义和路径,以期为创新创业实践教育发展提供借鉴。
The proposal of China’s innovative development strategy has made the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents the focus of attention in the field of education.Colleges and universities,as the base of advanced technical personnel training,integrate innovation and entrepreneurship education into the basic curriculum system,which can effectively improve the overall quality of education and teaching,and better achieve the training objectives of innovative and entrepreneurial vocational skilled personnel.This paper analyses the dilemma of training innovative and entrepreneurial vocational skilled personnel,and puts forward the significance and path of training innovative and entrepreneurial vocational skilled personnel,with a view to providing reference for the development of innovative and entrepreneurial practical education.
