摘要
研究生就业作为人才培养的重要考核指标,关系着人才能否为社会所用,也关系着毕业生能否找到满意合适的工作。新时代下,工科院校对研究生的就业指导与服务应坚持"以人为本"的原则,以实际需求为导向,以调研为基础,从信息化建设、队伍建设和生涯辅导3个方面创新研究生就业指导路径,提升研究生就业能力。
As an important evaluation index for talent training,graduate employment is related to whether talents can be used by the society,and whether graduates can find a satisfactory job.Under the new era,the employment guidance and service of graduate students in engineering colleges should adhere to the principle of"people-oriented",guided by actual needs,and based on research,innovate graduate employment guidance from three aspects:information construction,team building and career counseling,to improve graduate employment.
