摘要
该调查以某独立学院为例,从学生的学习质量自我评价、对学校学籍警示工作的了解情况、学籍警示的执行情况、与父母交流学习情况、被警示后采取的措施等情况向在校生开展了调查,发现学生学习质量自我评价较好,对学籍警示的主动关注度不够,超过半数以上受到留级以上警示级别的学生选择不留级,大部分学生能主动与父母交流学习情况,警示后期待教师、辅导员及家长的帮扶等现状,根据现状该研究提出了加强学籍警示管理的宣传教育、提高学生学习自主学习能力、改进警示后的帮扶措施和完善学校管理等策略。
The investigation was carried out in an independent college, containing the students’ Self-evaluation of learning quality, understanding about their school’s academic warning, the implementation of the academic warning,communication on study with their parents, and the measures after being warned. The results showed that the students’ self-evaluation of learning quality is good, but the active attention to the student’s warnings is not enough. Most students can actively communicate with their parents about study, more than half of the students did not repeat even them received the corresponding warning, and they were eager to get the support and guidance from their teachers, counselors and parents after being warned. According to the status quo, the college should strengthen the publicity and education about academic warning, improve students’ ability to learn independently, enhance the capabilities of assistance and perfect the college construction.
