With the continuous advancement of the mode of "school-enterprise cooperation, work-study integration" in Higher Vocational education, the importance of the hidden curriculum of vocational guidance has been paid more and more attention. Only when students possess the professional qualities and skills of real posts can they adapt to the severe employment situation. It is necessary to study the problems existing in the traditional talent training mode and improve the effectiveness of fine vocational guidance in Higher Vocational Colleges under the mode of school-enterprise cooperation.
