领导风格对双元创新的影响:公平感知的调节作用

Effects of Leadership on Ambidextrous Innovation:Moderating Effect of Fairness Perception

通过对399个参与项目经验个体的调研,探究了公平感知(fairness perception)水平对领导风格与双元创新(ambidextrous innovation)间关系的影响。结果表明:公平感知正向调节变革型领导(transformational leadership)、交易型领导(transactional leadership)对双元创新的影响;公平感知水平较低时,变革型领导与双元创新之间呈半倒“U”形关系,随着公平感知水平的提高,两者间关系变成正“U”形关系;交易型领导在公平感知水平较低时负向影响双元创新,随着公平感知水平的提高,交易型领导对双元创新的负向影响减小并转成不显著。

Using the responses from 399 individuals with project experience,this paper examines how different levels of fairness perception affect the relationship between leadership styles and ambidextrous innovation.The empirical results show as follows:fairness perception moderates the effects of transformational leadership and transactional leadership on ambidextrous innovation significantly and positively;when the level of fairness perception is low,the relationship between transformational leadership and ambidextrous innovation is half-inverted U-shaped;with the improvement of fairness perception,the relationship between transformational leadership and ambidextrous innovation change from half-inverted U-shaped to U-shaped;only when the level of fairness perception is low,transactional leadership negatively affects the ambidextrous innovation:as fairness perception increases,the negative effect of transactional leadership on ambidextrous innovation decreases and finally becomes insignificant.
