1991~2019年国内外管理咨询研究综述

摘要 本文综合运用社会网络分析、统计分析、文献研究和内容分析等方法,从定量和定性两个方面,对1991~2019年国内外管理咨询研究文献进行了系统回顾和全面分析。结果显示:国外研究文献年发文量稳步增长,国内研究文献年发文量于2005年达到高峰后开始下降,未形成持续的研究热潮;国内外学者的合作度均不高,研究方向各不相同;国内外研究均关注管理咨询的知识服务和知识管理,国外还关注管理咨询的服务效果、创新发展和社会资本等,国内还关注管理咨询的独立性和行业发展等;国外研究以实证研究为主,国内大多数研究是理论研究,常用的实证研究方法有案例分析法、访谈法、问卷调查法、参与式观察法和其他调查法,理论研究方法有归纳分析法、模型法、案头调研法、指标构建法等;国内外的研究热点主要是管理咨询的成功因素、功能、过程和方法等;未来研究将呈现理论研究持续深化、研究方法不断丰富、研究内容更加广泛的趋势。 By comprehensively using the methods of social network analysis,statistical analysis,literature research and content analysis,this paper,both qualitatively and quantitatively,makes a systematic review and analysis of the literature of management consulting research from 1991 to 2019.The results show as follows:the annual publication volume of foreign research literature has grown steadily,while the annual publication volume of domestic research literature began to decline after reaching the peak in 2005,without forming a sustained research boom;both foreign and domestic scholars’cooperation degree are not high,and the research direction is different;both domestic and foreign research focus on knowledge service and knowledge management of management consulting,foreign research also pay attention to the service effect,innovation development and social capital,while domestic research also pay attention to the independence and industry development;foreign research are mainly empirical research,while most of domestic research are theoretical research,the empirical research methods include case analysis,interview,questionnaire,participatory observation,investigation,the theoretical research methods include induction analysis,model method,desk investigation,index construction,etc.The main research hotspots at home and abroad are the factors influencing success functions,processes and methods of management consulting.This paper reveals some trends in the future,including the theoretical research will continue to deepen,the research methods will be enriched constantly,the research content will be more extensive.
