本文研究了创新价值生成与信息标准化为新知识的本质性趋向,据此阐述了创新劳动的特征,以及创新组织结构与知识的关系;引入Julien Gagnon和Sanjeev Goyal的创新网络与市场互动关系模型,构建了博弈均衡模型以分析创新网络与市场互动对创新劳动自主行为选择策略的影响。

This paper studies the essential trend of innovation value generation and information standardization as new knowledge,and expounds the characteristics of innovative labor,the relationship between innovation organizational structure and knowledge,and introduces the interactive relationship model between innovation network and market established by Julien Gagnon and Sanjeev Goyal,and constructs a game equilibrium model to analyze the influence of interaction between innovation network and market on innovation labor’s independent behavior selection strategy.
