创业投资机构行为与企业创新:文献综述

Behavior of Venture Capital and Corporate Innovation:Literature Review

摘要 本文采用文献计量学方法,对国内外文献进行了共现知识图谱、关键词时间轴演化图的分析。本文在对比国内外文献差异点的基础上,按照投资期、持有期和退出期的顺序进行文献综述,提炼出创业投资机构投资行为在筛选、监督治理、产品网络和冲击等方面对企业创新的影响,梳理出两者间的理论机制,并对未来可能的研究进行了展望。 The importance of venture capital in driving enterprise innovation has attracted more and more scholars’attention in recent years.Through the method of Literature Metrology,this paper sorts out the co-occurrence knowledge map and the keyword timeline evolution graph of the domestic and foreign literatures in the field of influence of venture capital institution on enterprise innovation.Comparing the differences between domestic and foreign literatures in this field and following the time order of investment stage,holding stage and exit stage,this paper extracts the impact of venture capital investment on corporate innovation in the aspects of screening,supervision,product network,et al.,to sort out the theoretical mechanisms between venture capital and enterprise innovation.In the end,this paper forecasts the possible future research.
