肠内营养维护危重病人肠屏障功能研究进展

Research advance of enteral nutrition preserving intestinal barrier function in critical ill patients

自1967年Dudrick及Wilmore开始施行肠外营养以来,肠外营养已拯救无数危重病人,但由于其对肠道的旷置,缺点也逐渐暴露出来。尤其是随着对肠黏膜屏障功能的认识和营养支持研究的逐步深入,人们对肠内营养的作用也有了更新的认识。肠内营养不但可以纠正营养不良,还能通过营养物质对肠黏膜上皮细胞的“滋养”作用,通过多个方面维护和强化肠黏膜屏障功能。

Since Professor Dudrick and Wilmore began to implement parenteral nutrition in 1967, parenteral nutrition has saved numerous critically ill patients, but its disadvantages are gradually revealed due to its absenteeism to the intestine. Especially with the progressive understanding of intestinal mucosal barrier function and nutrition therapy research, there is a newer understanding of the role of enteral nutrition.. Enteral nutrition can not only correct malnutrition but also maintains and strengthens the intestinal mucosal barrier function through the "trophic" effect of nutrients on intestinal mucosal epithelial cells in multiple ways.
