截顶M形顶部结构药型罩形成射流的数值模拟 被引量:3

摘要 为提高聚能射流的侵彻性能,提出一种截顶M形顶部结构药型罩。运用LS-DYNA软件对截顶M形顶部结构药型罩和M形顶部结构药型罩的射流形成和侵彻钢靶板过程进行了数值仿真。结果表明:截顶M形顶部结构药型罩形成的射流侵彻深度比M形顶部结构提高5.54%,射流头部速度提高3.57%,射流长度增加3.7%。 To improve the penetration performance of the shaped charge,a truncated M-shaped top structure liner was designed.The LS-DYNA was used to analyze the process of the jet formation and the penetration process of the truncated M-shaped top structure and the M-shaped top structure.The results suggest that the penetration depth of a truncated M-shaped top structure liner is about 5.54%higher than the M-shaped top structure,the head velocity of the jet increases by 3.5%,and the jet penetration depth increases by 3.7%.
