基于ANFIS的装备维修保障能力生成度评估

Evaluation of Equipment Maintenance Support Capability Growth Based on ANFIS

引入装备维修保障能力生成度来表征装备维修保障能力生成效果,建立涵盖维修保障人员专业性、维修保障链路科学性、维修保障组织机构融合性、维修保障筹供储水平、维修保障经费合理性、信息共享程度、风险控制和技术资料完备性的装备维修保障能力生成度指标体系,构建基于自适应神经网络模型的装备维修保障能力生成度评估模型,通过模拟数据采集对装备维修保障能力生成度进行量化处理,运用Matlab软件仿真工具对装备维修保障能力生成度进行评估,提高了装备维修保障能力生成度评估的精确性。

This paper introduced the growth degree of equipment maintenance support ability to represent the growth effect of equipment maintenance support ability,and established the growth degree of equipment maintenance support ability which includes the professionalism of maintenance support personnel,the scientific of maintenance support link,the integration of maintenance support organizations,the level of maintenance support funding and storage,the rationality of maintenance support funds,the degree of information sharing,risk control and the completeness of technical data. The index system,based on the adaptive neural network model,constructed the evaluation model of the growth degree of the equipment maintenance support capability. Through the simulation data collection, the growth degree of the equipment maintenance support capability was quantified. The Matlab software simulation tool was used to evaluate the growth degree of the equipment maintenance support capability,which improves the accuracy of the evaluation of the growth degree of the equipment maintenance support capability.
