Method of Modeling and Analyzing Capability Requirement of Networking Information-Centric System-of-Systems

基于VFT设计了网络信息体系能力需求价值模型,分析演化要素构建了网络信息体系能力需求演化模型,从"瞬态"和"整体"两方面给出能力需求演化的分析方法,最后针对"海上丝绸之路"案例,构建能力指标、评分函数,设计权重体系,案例分析结果检验了方法的有效性、合理性。演化分析结论将为制订/调整网络信息体系发展战略、规划计划等顶层设计工作提供决策支持。

We designed capability requirement evolution model based on VFT.Also the analysis method of capability requirement evolution was developed from two aspects of"transient"and"entirety".The applicability of the proposed method has been tentatively demonstrated by having led a case study.The conclusion of evolutionary analysis will provide decision support for top-level design work such as formulating/adjusting the development strategy and planning plan of network information system.
