摘要
通过改进的PER理论对中心孔药型罩形成的射流头部速度进行计算,利用AUTODYN-2D软件对中心孔药型罩射流成型过程进行数值模拟,得到了药型罩中心孔径、罩顶药高及中心护管材料等不同因素对中心孔药型罩射流成型的影响规律。结果表明:孔径对射流头部速度及长度有较大影响,通过改变孔径可使射流头部速度及长度分别增加23%和28%;通过增加罩顶药高可以增大射流头部速度及长度,但增幅程度较小;提高中心护管材料密度可以有效提高射流的头部速度。研究结果可为中心孔成型装药设计提供依据。
The jet’s forehead velocity has been calculated by modified PER theory,and the numerical simulation of the jet forming process was carried out by using AUTODYN-2 D software,and the influences of different factors were obtained,which includes the diameter of the liner’s center-orifice,the explosive height above liner,and the center protective pipe’s material.The results show that the diameter of the center-orifice has effect on the forehead velocity and the length of the jet,the velocity and the length can be increased by 23%and 28%by changing the diameter of the center-orifice;The velocity and the length of the jet can be increased by increasing the explosive height above the liner,but the increasing rate is small;and the forehead velocity can be effectively increased by increasing the density of the center protective pipe.The result of this paper can provide design basis for the conical-liner with a center-orifice.
