新发现民国珍本《西藏地方行政区域志》的编纂特点与主要内容

The Compilation Characteristics and Main Content of the Newly Discovered Rare Edition of the Chronicles of Local Administration in Xizang of the Period of Republic of China

《西藏地方行政区域志》是由国民党中央组织部于1943年8月印发的一部主要记述民国时期西藏地方行政区划及相应行政官员的品级、员额、僧俗配置等情况的地方专志,目前仅发现美国加州大学图书馆收藏1本。文章对这一民国珍本西藏地方志的编印与收藏,类别、性质与编撰特点,主要内容与价值等进行了介绍和分析。文后附录了该志汉文部分,文章作者并对其进行了点校、注释,以备史志、藏学界参阅。

The Chronicles of Local Administration in Xizang is a rare local chronicle recorded the geographical division and local administration of Xizang,printed and distributed by the central organization department of the Republic of China in August 1943.So far it has been discovered only one copy collected in the library of the University of California.This article analyzes the compilation,printing and collection,category,nature,compilation characteristics,main content and value of this local chronicle.The article has presented a checked and annotated version of the Chinese content of this chronicle for reference by the historical chronicles and scholars of Tibetan studies.
