A Verification of the Escorts of Princess Jincheng's Allied Marriage to Tubo

唐中宗景龙四年(710),金城公主和亲入蕃,进一步巩固了唐蕃间的舅甥关系,这是唐蕃关系史上最重要事件之一,也是学术研究的热点话题。本文通过出土文献与历史文献的相互印证,考察了唐朝送亲团队和吐蕃迎亲团队的组成情况及相关成员的生平经历,进一步完善了唐蕃交聘使者团队,丰富了唐蕃交往交流交融的历史史实。送亲团队包括杨矩(杨弘矩)、郑惟忠、周利用、贾令琬、李知新等人,迎亲团队包括尚·赞咄、尚·钦藏、明悉腊等人。杨矩原名杨弘矩,后因避讳而改为杨矩,据《杨孝弼墓志》等新出土文献可补充杨矩的世系、生平等内容。贾令琬、李知新等人见于新出墓志而未见于史载,对于了解金城公主开府及入蕃时人员组成等多有裨益。

During the reign of Tang Emperor Zhongzong,the fourth year of Jinglong(710),Princess Jincheng was allied with Tubo by marriage which further strengthened the uncle-nephew relationship between Tang and Tubo.And the marriage is also one of the most important events in the history of Tang-Tubo relations and has become a hot topic in academic research.Through mutual corroboration of the unearthed materials and historical documents,this paper has verified the escorts of the marriage on both sides of Tang and Tubo and their life experiences,and has further complemented the information of the members of the marriage envoy team and has enriched the historical facts of the exchanges and integration of Tang and Tubo.The members of the escort team include Yang Ju(Yang Hongju),Zheng Weizhong,Zhou Liyong,Jia Lingwan,Li Zhixin,etc.The reception team consists of Shang Zanduo,Shang Qinzang,Ming Xila,and the others.Yang Ju,formerly known as Yang Hongju,got his present name for the reason of name avoidance.His genealogy and life experience can be complemented by such newly unearthed materials as the Epitaph of Yang Xiaobi.As for the members like Jia Lingwan and Li Zhixin,they can be found in the newly unearthed epitaphs but never seen in historical records.These are helpful to understand the personnel composition when Princess Jincheng set up her princess'office and her entry into Tubo.
