汉藏连接地带的“大先生”——融通汉藏人心的天全中医院

"Mr.Big" in the Han-Tibetan Connection Zone——Tianquan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine that Integrates the Hearts of the Han and Tibetan People

在青藏高原与川西平原交界的四川省天全县,有着一所誉满青藏高原东部的中医医院,老院长陈怀炯是一位有着“大医”情怀的名医,被尊称为“大先生”,藏族民众则亲切地称他是“不穿袈裟的活佛”。他领导的天全县中医院以“技术好、费用低、服务好”深得藏族民众青睐,成为融通汉藏人心的榜样。文章在实地调查基础上,对“大先生”及天全中医院善待藏族患者及陪护家人的种种举措、理念进行了梳理挖掘,并以此为案例,对汉藏交往的经验、特点进行了讨论。文章认为,“大先生”和天全中医院之所以深受藏族民众的认同与爱戴,成为融通汉藏民心的典范,一是秉持“大医”精神,“普同一等,皆如至亲之想”;二是对藏族群众给予充分的尊重、理解与包容;三是以“共享”来融通汉藏人心。

In Tianquan County,Sichuan Province,at the junction of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and the western Sichuan Plain,there is a traditional Chinese medicine hospital well-known in the eastern part of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.The old director Chen Huaijiong is a famous doctor with the feeling of"great doctor",and he is honored as"Mr.Big".Tibetan people affectionately call him"the Living Buddha who doesn’t wear cassocks".The Tianquan County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine under his leadership has won the favor of the Tibetan people with its"good technology,low cost,and good service",and has become a model for integrating the hearts of the Han and Tibetan people.On the basis of field investigation,the article sorts out various measures and concepts of"Mr.Big"and Tianquan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine for treating Tibetan patients and accompanying family members well,and uses this as a case to discuss the experience and characteristics of Han-Tibetan exchanges.The article believes that the reasons why"Mr.Big"and Tianquan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine are deeply recognized and loved by the Tibetan people,and has become a model for integrating the hearts of the Han and Tibetan people are,first,uphold the spirit of"great doctor"and"all people are the same,treat people as close relatives";second,give full respect,understanding and tolerance to the Tibetan people;third,use"sharing"to integrate the hearts of the Han and Tibetan people.
