坚持学术底色 服务国家建设——《中国藏学》获国家社会科学基金学术期刊资助成效评析

Adhere to the Academic Background,Serve the National Construction——Effectiveness Comments on China Tibetology Supported by the Academic Journal Funding Project of National Social Science Fund of China

国家社会科学基金学术期刊资助项目是一项为了推动加快构建中国特色哲学社会科学的学术高地,对通过评选的期刊进行资助以改善办刊条件、提高办刊质量的重要举措。《中国藏学》于2012年年底获得第二批国家社科基金学术期刊项目资助,获助十年来,在办刊思路和具体举措上有一定创新和改进,在寓政治于学术、服务国家大政方针方面,在推动藏学学术繁荣方面,以及宣传国家发展成就、讲好中国故事等方面都取得了一定成效。文章以《中国藏学》期刊为研究对象,结合数据统计,简要归纳分析近十年来《中国藏学》专栏、专题的设置情况,期刊着力方向及特色,以及在为牵头协调全国藏学研究工作服务等方面的举措。提出在今后的办刊过程中还应该强化使命意识、提高政治能力,加强编辑队伍人才建设,利用藏学学科特色,突出学术期刊的专业性。

The Academic Journal Funding Project of the National Social Science Fund of China is an important measure to accelerate the construction of the academic highland of philosophy and social sciences with Chinese characteristics,and to subsidize the selected journals to improve the conditions and the quality of the journal.China Tibetology obtained the second batch of Academic Journal Funding Project of National Social Science Fund of China in 2012,over the last decade,China Tibetology has certain innovation and improvements in running ideas and specific measures,and has achieved certain results in politics through academic,serving national policy,inpromoting prosperity of Tibetan studies and national development achievements and telling good China’s stories.Taking the journal of China Tibetology as the research object,and combing with the data statistics,this article briefly summarizes and analyzes the setting of the column and special topic,the direction and the characteristics of the journal in the past decade,as well as the measures in leading and coordinating the national Tibetan studies research.The article puts forward that in the future process of running the journal,we should also strengthen the sense of mission,improve the political ability,strengthen the construction of editorial personnel,make use of the characteristics of Tibetan studies,and highlight the professionalism of academic journals.
