希望水平在中年癌症病人心理弹性与应对方式之间的中介效应

Mediating effect of hope level between mental resilience and coping style in middle-aged cancer patients

目的:探讨中年癌症病人希望水平在心理弹性和应对方式之间的中介作用,帮助病人采取积极有效的应对方式。方法:采用Herth希望量表、心理弹性量表和癌症应对问卷对湖南省两所肿瘤专科医院和两所综合医院肿瘤科的265例住院中年癌症病人进行问卷调查。对中年癌症病人希望水平、心理弹性和应对方式之间进行中介效应分析。结果:中年癌症病人希望水平总分为(35.51±3.30)分;心理弹性总分为(64.31±10.94)分;希望水平总分与心理弹性总分呈正相关,希望水平与应对方式维度中的面对、屈服、发泄呈正相关。结论:希望水平的提高依赖于心理弹性的提高和积极有效的应对方式,医务人员可采取有针对性的干预措施增强中年癌症病人的心理弹性,指导其采取面对、屈服和发泄的应对方式积极应对疾病。

Objective:To explore the mediating effect of hope level between mental resilience and coping style in middleaged cancer patients,and to help them adopt positive and effective coping style.Methods:Herth hope scale,mental resilience scale and cancer response questionnaire were used to investigate 265 middle-aged cancer inpatients in two tumor hospitals and the oncology departments of two general hospitals in Hunan province.The mediating effect between the level of hope,mental resilience and coping style of middle-aged cancer patients were analyzed.Results:The total score of hope level in middle-aged cancer patients was(35.51±3.30);the total score of mental resilience was(64.31±10.94).There was a positive correlation between the total score of hope level and the total score of mental resilience.The hope level was positively correlated with facing,yielding and venting of coping style dimensions.Conclusion:The improvement of hope level depends on the improvement of mental resilience and positive and effective coping methods.Medical staff can take targeted interventions to enhance the mental resilience of middle-aged cancer patients and guide them to adopt coping methods of facing,yielding and venting to cope with the disease actively.
