三甲医院护生临床学习环境评价及其影响因素研究

摘要 目的:调查三甲医院护生临床学习环境评价现状并分析其影响因素。方法:采用一般资料问卷、临床学习环境评价量表、职业期望量表对长沙市10所三甲医院450名实习护生进行调查。结果:三甲医院实习护生临床学习环境评价得分为126.28±22.76分,处于中等水平。职业期望与临床学习环境评价呈正相关(r=0.197,P<0.01),对就业前景的看法、临床实习满意程度、职业期望是临床学习环境评价的主要影响因素(R2=0.108,F=6.916,P<0.001)。结论:三甲医院实习护生临床学习环境评价处于中等水平,职业期望越高的个体,临床学习环境评价越好。实习护生应合理的自我定位,制定科学的职业期望。护理管理者应针对不同特征的实习护生提供适宜的临床带教,提高实习护生临床学习环境评价,从而提高临床教学质量。 Objective:To investigate nurse students’perspectives of clinical learning environment in 3 A hospitals,and analyze the influencing factors.Methods:A package of a demographic questionnaire,Clinical Learning Environment Scale(CLES+T),and the Occupation Expectation scale was used to investigate 450 nurse in 103 A hospitals in ChangSha city.Results:The total CLES+T scores was 126.28±22.76,at medium level,Positive correlation was found between occupation expectation,and clinical learning environment(r=0.197,P<0.01).students’views about nursing job outlook,their satisfaction with clinical internship,and their occupation expectation contributed to influence their perspectives of clinical learning environment(R2=0.108,F=6.916,P<0.001).Conclusion:Clinical learning environment in 3 A hospitals was at medium level by the eyes of nurse students.Those who had higher occupation expectation tended to give better feedback of clinical learning environment,Nursing students should establish a reasonable self-image,and have rational expection on nursing jobs,Nursing managers should boost appropriate clinical teaching tailoring to different characteristics of nurse students,so as to enhance clinical learning environment and finally improve clinical teaching quality.
