制度影响下大城市制造业空间演化机制研究——基于新制度经济学视角

Research on Spatial Evolution Mechanism of Manufacturing Industry in Big Cities under Institutional Influence: Based on the perspective of new institutional economics

基于新制度经济学视角,运用制度供求、交易成本、外部性等经济学理论,构建了"制度—空间"作用分析框架。通过对企业与地方政府的实地调研,提出了影响武汉都市区制造业空间演化的五大重要制度类型;运用定性与定量相结合的方法,分析了不同制度类型对武汉制造业企业区位选址、产业组织结构与空间布局模式等领域产生的影响作用及其空间效应,揭示了制度的"激励—约束"作用机制。最后,基于"企业—产业—空间"维度,提出了未来大城市制造业空间发展的制度创新建议。

Based on the perspective of new institutional economics,this paper used the economic theories such as institutional supply and demand,transaction cost and externalities to construct the analytical frameworkbetween institution and manufacturing spcae. Based on the field investigation of enterprises and local governments,five important systems affecting the spatial evolution of manufacturing industry in Wuhan metropolitan area are put forward. By combining qualitative and quantitative methods,this paper analyzed the influence and spatial effect of different institutional types on location selection,industrial organization and spatial distribution mode of Wuhan manufacturing enterprises,and revealed the institutional mechanism of incentive and constraint. Finally,based on the dimension of " enterprise-industry-space",the paper put forward the suggestions of institutional innovation for the development of manufacturing space in big cities.
