新发展格局视角下京津冀城市群发展与影响力研究

Research on the Development and Influence of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Urban Agglomeration from the Perspective of New Development Pattern

京津冀整体定位之一是建设以首都为核心的世界级城市群,而以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局对此提出了新的要求。从京津冀建设世界级城市群的功能定位出发,研究其经济人口规模与城市空间布局,认为京津冀世界级城市群建设方向与新发展格局内涵具有高度统一性,并通过对比长三角城市群,研究京津冀城市群的产业影响力,发现目前京津冀城市群存在区域中心城市和节点城市经济联系弱、城市规模结构断层、产业差异化和影响力有待提高等问题,进而从新发展格局视角出发为建设京津冀世界级城市群提供政策建议。

One of the positions of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is to build a world-class urban agglomeration and the new development patternputs forward new requirements for this.Starting from positions of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei building a world-class urban agglomeration,this paper studies its economic as well as population size and urban spatial layout,believing that the construction direction has a high degree of unity with the connotation of the new development pattern. Compared with Yangtze River Delta urban agglomerations,this paper calculates industrial influence of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration and argues the urban agglomeration has problems such as weak economic links,faults in urban scale structure,industrial differentiationand weak influence. Then this paper provides ideas for Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei to construct a world-classurban agglomerationfrom the perspective of the new development pattern.
