This paper introduces the Nur-Sultan 2030 Materplan for the capital of Kazakhstan,which was developed by Space Syntax Limited,UK in 2020,and focuses on the city-scale strategies,including population growth and urban boundary,demployment growth and centres,urban spines,green spines,energy policy road map,and waste policy road map.It contains the strategies for the 6 opportunity areas,which can be reviewed in the first part of this series.
