中国特色社会主义进入新时代,人的发展与社会发展之间不协调、不平衡问题成为了我国发展面临的主要困境。这种发展目的与手段的离合,不仅违背了中国特色社会主义现代化的价值目标,也违背了马克思主义关于实现人类解放与每个人自由全面发展的理论主题。破解现实中人的发展与社会发展不一致的困境,就需要确立人与社会协调发展的新理念。新时代人与社会协调发展的重要性主要表现在:一是新时代人与社会协调发展符合马克思人的发展与社会发展的同一性原理;二是新时代人与社会协调发展源自社会有机体发展的内在要求;三是新时代人与社会协调发展是构建美好生活的题中应有之义;四是新时代人与社会协调发展是我国社会主要矛盾转化对发展提出的新要求。

Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and the problem of disharmony and imbalance between human development and social development has become the main contradiction faced by China’s development.The separation of development aims and means not only violates the value goal of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics,but also violates the theoretical theme of Marxist theory of realizing human liberation and everyone’s free and comprehensive development. To correct the conflicts and contradictions between human development and social development in reality is to establish a new concept of coordinated development between human and society. The importance of the coordinated development of man and society in the new era is mainly manifested in the following aspects. First,the coordinated development of human and society in the new era conforms to Marx’s principle of identity of human and social development. Second,the coordinated development of human and society in the new era originates from the inherent requirements of the development of social organisms. Third,the coordinated development of human and society in the new era is the proper and due meaning in the construction of a better life. Fourth,the coordinated development of human and society in the new era is the new requirement of the transformation of the main social contradictions.
