摘要
在城市更新的新时代背景下,交通功能主导的“车优先”为主的粗放式街道逐渐无法满足人民日益增长的美好生活需求。山地城市街道空间面临着适应时代发展和延续地域文化等一系列困境,亟需更新改造。该文基于“回归人本”的理念,以理论结合实践的研究方法,探讨山地城市道路街区一体化设计要点。首先,在分析国内外街道营造趋势的基础上,对重庆市街道现状特征及问题进行了剖析;其次,提出城市更新背景下山地城市街道一体化设计的理念及评价指标,并对街道设计要素进行全面阐释;最后,以高新区大学城南路改造工程为例,对道路街区一体化设计要点进行阐述,为城市更新背景下山地城市道路设计提供新的思路和实践参考。
In the new era of urban renewal,the extensive streets dominated by the traffic function of“cars go first”gradually cannot meet people’s growing needs for a better life.The street space of mountainous cities is facing a series of difficulties like adapting to the development of the times and continuing regional culture,calling for urgent update and reform.Based on the concept of“people foremost”,this paper discussed the key points in the integrated design of urban road blocks in a mountainous city with the research method of combining theory with practice.Firstly,after analyzing the trend of street construction at home and abroad,the characteristics and problems of streets in Chongqing were analyzed.Secondly,the concept and evaluation index of integrated street design in mountainous cities under the background of urban renewal were put forward,and the elements in street design were comprehensively explained.Finally,based on the reconstruction project of South Road in University Town of Gaoxin District,this paper expounded the key points of the integrated design for road blocks,providing new ideas and practical reference for the design of mountainous urban roads under the background of urban renewal.
