摘要
近年来,重庆提出要加强城镇老旧小区改造和社区建设,建设海绵城市、韧性城市,提高城市宜居程度。开展海绵城市改造建设,具有显著的经济、环境和社会效益。该文在梳理山地城市老旧小区海绵城市改造的技术路线和典型改造措施的基础上,结合渝中区某小区本底条件,全面统筹协调老旧小区涉水问题,因地制宜布局海绵设施,采用源头消纳、中途滞蓄、终端调蓄等方式,形成立体海绵改造系统,并建立uwater水力模型评估改造前后的排水能力、年径流总量控制率等指标。期望为后续的老旧小区海绵城市改造规划提供一定借鉴作用。
In recent years,the reconstruction of old urban communities and community construction have been proposed to strengthen in Chongqing,so as to improve the livability of the city by building its sponginess and resilience.The reconstruction and construction of sponge cities have significant economic,environmental and social benefits.On the basis of laying out the technical route and typical transformation measures for the sponge construction of old residential communities in mountainous cities,and combined with the original conditions of a community in Yuzhong District,the water related issue of the old community was comprehensively coordinated,the sponge facilities were arranged according to local conditions,and the three-dimensional sponge transformation system was formed by means of source accomodation,midway retentive storage and terminal regulative storage,forming a three-dimensional sponge transformation system,with the uwater hydraulic model established to evaluate the drainage capacity before and after the reconstruction,the total annual runoff control rate and other indicators.It is expected to provide some reference for the follow-up sponge city reconstruction planning of old residential communities.
