摘要
在重庆、青岛、攀枝花等山地城市,装配式建筑在实际应用中往往会出现造价高、建造效率低、施工难度大等问题,并且在结构安全、功能需求、审美需求等方面存在一些不可调和的矛盾,导致装配式建筑的进一步推广和应用在山地城市建筑中受到了一定的局限。该文从ZTPC楼承板这一新型装配式建筑构件着手,针对典型山地城市重庆目前普遍应用的楼板体系,进行全方位的分析和对比,提出在一定时期内,凭借ZTPC楼承板的优质高效和成本造价优势,以及全覆盖的实用性,可以迭代目前在重庆山地建筑中应用的楼板体系,以点代面,为我国建筑工业化、产业化的快速高效发展,提供一种有效的新产品、新工艺。
In mountainous cities like Chongqing,Qingdao and Panzhihua,the practical application of prefabricated buildings often faces problems such as high cost,low construction efficiency,and high construction difficulty,with some irreconcilable contradictions in structural safety,functional requirements,aesthetic requirements,etc.,causing limitations to the further promotion and application of prefabricated buildings in urban mountainous buildings.Based on the ZTPC floor slab,a new type of prefabricated building component,this paper conducted a comprehensive analysis and comparison of the floor systems currently widely used in the typical mountainous city Chongqing.It is proposed that within a certain period of time,the ZTPC floor slab,with the advantages of high quality,efficiency,low cost,and the practicability of full coverage,can replace the other floor slabs currently used in mountainous buildings of Chongqing.And it can provide an effective new product and new process for the rapid and efficient development of the construction industrialization in China.
