福建地区山地居住区设计实践——以福安大洋项目为例

Design Practice of Mountainous Residential Communities in Fujian——A Case Study of the Fu’an Dayang Project

该文以福安大洋项目为例,从福安地形气候、人文历史、上位规划及场地环境进行剖析,阐述了“山水生态”的规划理念在山地住宅中的实践,并对山地高差处理手法进行了总结,以期在未来建设中以生态文明建设思想先行,共同实现“居于山水间”的理想人居环境。

Based on the Fu’an Dayang project,this paper analyzed the topography and climate,humanity history,upper-level planning and site environment of Fu’an,expounded the practice of the planning concept“landscape ecology”in mountainous dwellings,and summarized the methods of handling mountainous height difference.It is hoped that in the future construction,the idea of ecological civilization construction will lead the construction of the ideal living environment of“living between mountains and rivers”.
