摘要
高延性混凝土在力学性质上表现出优异的抗拉、抗压、抗弯折能力并且兼具良好的抗裂和抗渗特性,在砌体结构加固领域具有显著的优势。老旧小区加固的难点在于加固期间居民无法搬离,因此加固方案要将对居民的影响降到最小,保证住户的正常生活。该文以高延性混凝土加固某六层砖砌体房屋为设计实例,概述了高延性混凝土抗震加固老旧小区建筑的设计思路及方法。通过对建筑物进行检测鉴定和综合抗震能力指数验算发现了该建筑物存在的抗震问题,针对此些问题采用了加强建筑物四周墙体提升整体性和加固楼梯保障逃生通道的加固思路进行了针对性加固。同时该案例可为高延性混凝土抗震加固老旧小区建筑提供参考。
High-ductility concrete exhibits excellent tensile,compressive,and flexural properties in terms of mechanical properties,as well as remarkable crack resistance and impermeability,making itself outstanding in the field of masonry structure for reinforcement.The difficulty in the reinforcement of old communities lies in the fact that the residents cannot move out from the building during the reinforcement period.Therefore,the reinforcement plan should minimize the impact on the residents and ensure their normal life.Based on the reinforcement practice of a six-story brick building with high-ductility concrete,this paper outlined the design philosophy and methods of employing high-ductility concrete for seismic strengthening of an old residential building.Through the test appraisal and the check calculation of the comprehensive earthquake resistance index of the building,and for the seismic performance of the building,this paper adopted the reinforcement ideas of strengthening the surrounding walls of the building to improve the integrity and strengthening the stairs to ensure the escape channel,which can provide reference for the seismic reinforcement of old residential buildings with high-ductility concrete.
