基于山地城市的生活日常与设计创新——重庆枣子岚垭-红球坝老旧小区改造实践

摘要 在以往的城市更新改造中,反复出现只关注所谓形象提升而忽视功能完善和补短板等“一层皮”的做法,然而社区作为社会结构中的最基本的单元,在其更新改造中必须贯彻以人为本的工作思路,因此需要特别关注社区公共空间的隐患消除和场所激活、步行交通脉络的打通和优化、强化人性化环境的设计。应在基于人文关怀的设计创新的同时,聆听社区居民及来自于管理、建设等各方的意见,形成全民参与、社会共建,共同成为改善社区生活环境和品质的主人翁、美好生活的创造者。该文在深入剖析社区与生活的关系及其价值取向的基础上,以重庆枣子岚垭-红球坝老旧小区改造实践为例,从人们聚居和日常生活的需求展开讨论,分析了山地城市老旧小区人居环境创造和评价的人文尺度,可为高品质老旧社区更新改造提供参考。 In the past,urban renewal and reconstruction merely put emphasis on image enhancement while ignoring functional improvement and defects treatment.Actually,as the most basic unit in the social structure,the renovation of a community must be people-oriented.Therefore,it is necessary to stress the hidden dangers elimination and the site activation in the public space of the community,the opening and optimization of pedestrian traffic,and the design of a strengthened humanized environment.In design innovation based on humanistic care,the opinions of community residents and parties like the management and construction should be listened to,forming participation by all people and joint social construction,who become the body improving the living environment and quality of the community as well as the creator of a better life.On the basis of an in-depth analysis on the relationship between community and life and its value orientation,this paper took the renovation practice of Zaozi Lanya-Hongqiuba Old Community in Chongqing as a case to study the humanistic scale of the creation and evaluation of the living environment of the old community in the mountainous city from the needs of people’s togethering and daily life,which can provide reference for the renovation and reconstruction of a high-quality old community.
