This paper elaborated the medical process zoning and the configuration requirements of the medical equipment of PCR laboratory,and emphasized that the design of ventilation and air conditioning system should fully integrate the collection and analysis of basic data like medical technology,equipment heat dissipation load and linkage operation characteristics of the biological safety cabinet.Also,this paper proposed the design ideas and methods for the ventilation and air-conditioning system and its control system in the PCR laboratory,which can provide reference for relevant designers.
