基于山地城市老旧小区改造条件下的内涝防治技术的研究

摘要 该文以重庆市某体育场为研究对象,针对老旧小区改造过程中普遍存在的市政管线偏小、管线资料不足等现实问题,提出在进行内涝防治设计校核时,应通过防止客源雨水进入、降低场地综合径流系数、延长雨水径流时间和增设源头调蓄措施等手段实现人员疏散安全和限制场地积水的目标,并针对内涝防止使用雨水蓄水池的具体设计要求提出了相关建议。 Taking a stadium in Chongqing as the research object,contraposed the practical problems such as the smallness of municipal pipelines and deficiency of the pipeline data in the process of renovation of old residential areas,this paper proposed that during the design checks of flooding prevention and control the goal of ensuring the safety of personnel evacuation and the limitation of site water accumulation should be achieved by means of preventing the entry of rainwater,reducing the comprehensive runoff coefficient of the site,extending the time of rainwater runoff,adding measures for source regulation and storage,and so forth,with suggestions presented for the design of rainwater storage equipment for flooding prevention and control.
