摘要
装配式建筑由于其建造速度快、节能环保等优点受到大力推广,但也存在施工现场管理难度大、施工人员素质较低导致施工质量不高等制约因素。BIM技术是一种数据化工具,将其运用于装配式建筑的施工阶段,运用其特性,通过施工模拟、可视化交底等方式解决装配式建筑施工阶段的制约因素,促进装配式建筑和BIM技术的协同发展。
Prefabricated buildings are being vigorously promoted for advantages of fast construction,energy saving and environmental protection.However,they also show defects like great difficulty in construction site management and low quality of construction personnel,which lead to low quality of construction.BIM technology is a data tool,when applied to the construction stage of prefabricated buildings,it solves the constraints in this stage through construction simulation,visual disclosure,etc.,and promotes the coordinated development of prefabricated buildings and BIM technology.
