水泥稳定钢渣路面基层施工质量控制研究

Research on Quality Control of Pavement Construction with Cement Stabilized Steel Slag

水泥稳定钢渣作为一种路面基层材料,近年来使用逐渐增多,但是,在部分施工控制点中,其施工方法与常用的水泥稳定碎石还是有着较大区别,并且,目前关于水泥稳定钢渣施工的规范及参考文献资料还相当缺乏。该文结合某市政道路水泥稳定钢渣路面基层施工经验,针对施工过程中的质量控制进行研究,从水泥稳定钢渣的原材料准备、配合比设计、现场施工过程、成品质量检测四个方面分析,对比水泥稳定碎石质量控制,提出水泥稳定钢渣施工质量控制的要点。实际操作中质量控制效果良好,值得推广。

As a pavement base material,cement stabilized steel slag has been growingly used in recent years.However,in some construction control points,the construction method is quite different from the commonly used cement stabilized macadam.Moreover,there is still a lack of specifications and reference materials for the construction of cement stabilized steel slag.Combined with the construction experience of a cement stabilized steel slag pavement base of a municipal road,this paper studied the quality control during construction,and analyzed from the four aspects of raw material preparation,mix design,on-site construction process,and quality inspection of the cement stabilized slag,thereby comparing the quality control of cement stabilized crushed stones,and proposing the main key points of quality control of cement stabilized steel slag construction.The quality control effect is excellent in actual practice and worthy of promotion.
