中美汽车燃油经济性管理制度研究

五阶段双积分制度是为贯彻落实国家《汽车产业中长期发展规划》及《中国制造2025》的战略部署之一,是持续降低我国乘用车燃料消耗水平,促进新能源汽车产业快速健康发展的重要支撑。本文通过对中国和美国燃油经济性制度的解读和分析,总结了中国五阶段双积分制度的政策导向及未来发展趋势,为企业未来应对策略提供参考。

The fifth stage credit policy is one of the strategic arrangements for implementing the national"medium and long-term development plan of automobile industry"and"made in China 2025".It is also an important support for continuously reducing the fuel consumption level of passenger cars in China and promoting the rapid and healthy development of new energy vehicle industry.Based on the interpretation and analysis of the fuel economy system of China and the United States,this paper summarizes the policy guidance and future development trend of China’s fifth stage credit system,which provides reference for enterprises to deal with the future strategy.
