This paper introduces in detail the relevant contents and latest development of the European Union framework technical regulation for vehicle type approval:(EU)2018/858.It also systematically introduces and analyzes the individual technical regulation system that vehicle should meet for entering in the EU market,as well as the supervision of regulatory compliance after market entering.On the basis of above introduction,this paper introduces the risks of the above development to China’s automobile export enterprises,as well as relevant work suggestions.In view of the great influence of EU automotive technical regulations in the world,it is of great significance not only for the development of EU auto market,but also for the development of most other global automotive markets.
